My recent stay was amazing. the hotel's location is unbeatable, being close to public transport and in a very safe area. the Jardim area and Avenue Paulista are just a walk away and Paraiso metro station is just around the corner. My room was cozy, with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and a beautiful view of the city. the staff went above and beyond to provide a great service and breakfast was delicious with an array of options. the hotel also offers free WiFi and convenient parking options.
There is still room for improvement in terms of the lobby's ambiance and overall decor.

The staff was excellent. The room was comfortable with an excellent shower and it was very quiet even though I was on the 2nd floor. The sushi bar was delicious and the manager there was very kind and accommodating. The pool was a very cold but the sauna was great! Also the breakfast buffet had a nice variety and there was also a Japanese breakfast buffet. It was close to a metro stop and in a safe neighborhood with a cafe, drug store, and convienence store across the street. I'd say it was just right for our groups needs. There were 9 of us in all.

The location of this place is fantastic - nestled in a safe area, it was a breeze to explore the surrounding neighborhood. The staff here went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable, from the easy check-in process to their helpfulness during check-out. The room itself was spacious and exceeded my expectations, providing ample space to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The amenities in the room, such as the air conditioning and mini-bar, added to the overall comfort and convenience.
In summary, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel was clean and had a good breakfast with fresh juice and a variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful in giving us directions to nearby attractions. The location was great, as it was close to public transportation and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
The room was quite small and the bed was uncomfortable. The air conditioning unit was loud and kept us up at night.

We had a comfortable stay at Matsubara Hotel. The room was clean and had all the basic facilities we needed. The location was convenient and the staff were helpful and understanding. The highlight of our stay was the delicious food at the Japanese restaurant on the first floor. we would recommend this hotel.
Although the breakfast buffet had a good variety, some items lacked flavor. Additionally, the sauna was not functioning properly during our stay.

The breakfast offered a variety of options, including a Japanese option. the staff was very helpful and friendly. the hotel had a fitness room with a lot of equipment.
There was no complementary water or tea available in the room. the bathroom could use some updating, with cracked tiles and black mold stains.
